Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
